Do you ship to my country?

We deliver to almost all countries worldwide via EMS, DHL and CDEK shipping service.
Usually process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days upon receipt. You will receive an email update as soon as we arrange the shipment of your order, which will also include a tracking link.

Please note that during promotional offers and seasonal sale, the dispatch process can experience slowdowns and take several days.

Shipping price

Shipping costs are not included in the prices of our products. Shipping costs are determined by the requested shipping address, shipping method and the value of your order. In some cases, due to the size or weight of particular item(s) in an order, additional shipping charges may apply. In these circumstances, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.

Free shipping with courier service, CDEK and EMS is applicable to all orders above 300 USD / 25.000 rub. Free shipping with DHL for orders above 700 USD / 50.000 rub.

Import Duties:

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Please note – we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

Lost Items:

BELIEF does not assume any responsibility for lost packages once we have shipped your order to the requested address. Any issues related to lost packages or damage caused from shipping are to be taken up by you with the shipping company directly.

BELIEF will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We ship worldwide in the last 10 years and all of our packages have been delivered.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and also PayPal payments, the most trusted internet payment processing company. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. BELIEF reserves the right to hold all orders for up to two business days to ensure a safe payment transaction. Sometimes banks may use additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions called 3-D Secure.

In this case, you will be redirected to the website of the card issuing bank to authorize the transaction with one-time confirmation code provided by your bank via SMS, confirmation codes card or security device.

Do you accept gift certificate?

We accept BELIEF Gift Certificate in our retail stores.
We accept BELIEF Gift Card online.

Please note, our virtual Gift Vouchers cannot be used in store and our in store Gift Vouchers cannot be used online.
    How does your return policy works?

    For online orders, a return or exchange must be requested within 3 days of delivery as indicated by the customer's provided tracking number.

    Return Rules:
    – all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable conditions, won't be eligible for a refund and we will need to send them back to you.
    – you will need to use an outer packaging to protect the shoe box when returning footwear. Since it is part of the product, any damage to the shoe box may result in the return being refused.
    – due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. Of course, if there is a manufacturing issue with your garment, you are eligible for return and full refund.

    How long do I need to wait to get my refund?

    We usually take care of returns within 2 business days upon receipt and you will receive an email update about it. We issue refunds through the same payment method you used for your order. Paypal refunds will appear immediately on your account. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days before showing up, due to varying processing times among payment providers.
